I had to leave a review because of the experience I have at the store on a regular basis. They are randomly closed. But tonight as I was dropping things off, I could not carry everything in (10 minutes prior to closing) and said I was going to grab the last item from my car with the QR code and received a response of “we’re closing so you will have to come back another time”.
While I understand they were closing, the system had an error that wasn’t in my control, and the extra minute would not have hurt for them to assist.
This store never wants to help customers - I’ve seen it time and time again. I’m not typically a receiver of the service I’ve seen as I DIY it but this was quite a disappointment.
Edit to update: your response is inaccurate. My unorganized mess was empty boxes that I used to carry in my DIY returns (which no one helped organize as I knew each box) - like you said when - I did my returns. I had two boxes that were prepackaged and can’t scan self service, I said I had to run and get other QR code (not box) from my car. I called him rude AFTER his comment of “the doors are locked, you’ll have to come back another time” so no, clearly he wasn’t willing to help. And yes, I found his response rude.
I’m very organized as I always take screen shots of codes even before Amazons amazing new feature that allows adding them to my watch. I needed a different phone for the last return.
Also, what value would it add to me to make up being closed? That’s has zero...
Read moreIf I could negative stars I would. I came to bring a drop off that from a company I've dropped off packages from THREE TIMES before and the same unbelievably rude man had taken it THREE TIMES before told me he worked there for 2 years, 5 days a week and no way could I have brought it in because I had no idea what I was doing. I showed him the email with instructions to which he grabbed my phone, scrolled past the email to the advertisement to purchase more recycle bags and read something completely unrelated and said in the most condescending voice "do you think you're able to read the small print where it tells you to log in and figure it out?" He then told me to take my stuff home and come back when I figured it out. Additionally, I had left a poster to be laminated on Saturday, told it had to be done by the cretin in question on Monday, this is Tuesday afternoon and they said they had forgotten it and it would take another hour or so to warm up the laminated and come back YET AGAIN! ummmmm NO WAY! FedEx, here I come, I am always treated with respect and don't have this person yammering over and over again how he works 5 days a week for 2 years and I have no clue what I'm talking about. Clearly from other reviews and the word-for-word boilerplate answer, nothing will be done about this guy. FEDEX is...
Read moreI’ve always had good experiences with the UPS store in Hudson. However, I had to fax multiple forms to multiple recipients for professional licensure purposes. I was waiting for a response for days from those parties and upon contacting them, they had never received anything. For reference, this was last Thursday.
I just found out today (the following Thursday) around midday that they had received my fax (from multiple recipients, so this was not a problem with just one of them). Somehow, despite me making cover sheets and paper clipping them to very clearly separate them, one recipient had received part of another’s stack.
This is highly irritating and also makes me look bad — it makes me look disorganized and unprofessional to these boards founded on professionalism. I now have to somehow sort out who got what and how to fix it and also cancel a check... it’s been a frustrating day.
I’ll still use the UPS store and they’ve always been kind and helpful every time I’m there. I’m sure this was a fluke, but it just seems really odd that it took so long for everyone to receive their faxes. I’m upset, but it happens I guess, it just further delays my professional licensure and multi-state...
