From answering questions when I was researching enclosures to quickly responding and replacing the top when the top of the enclosure was broken when it arrived. How we verify and process reviews

We use Loox, a web-based application that provides an online reviews and marketing solution, to collect, source, process and display reviews on our website.

We automatically send review requests through Loox to customers for whom we have a record that they purchased products directly from our website. This allows us to verify the review’s reliability through technical means, such as the customer’s email address. Reviews that are submitted directly through such requests are marked as "Verified purchase" and the following statement will be displayed on the interface on which the review is published: "This review was collected from a verified customer who purchased this item”.

If a customer submits a review directly through our website, the review will not be marked as verified, and the following statement will be displayed on the interface where the review is published: “This review was written by a site visitor”.

Reviews may also be imported into Loox from an external source. For imported reviews, the following statement will be displayed on the interface on which the review is published: "This review was imported from an external source".

We may verify reviews submitted directly through our website and imported reviews using reasonable and proportionate methods, such as by requesting valid proof that the customer had actually used or purchased the product. In these cases, if we mark a review as "Verified purchase", the following statement will be displayed on the interface on which the review is published: "This review was marked as verified by the store owner".

Customers can choose how to rate the reviewed products based on a number between 1 and 5. The reviews’ average score is calculated using a simple mathematical average, which is then rounded to a half or full star rating using standard rounding rules. The reviews’ average score includes reviews for which customers received future purchase discounts for adding a photo or a video to...

Bought last year. Waited months for this. I had originally purchased 2 enclosures, 2 large hides, 2 zen mats, 2 glass upgrades...

the first 2 enclosures arrive and assembly was hell. No package instructions. Went through the website. Followed it, but made a mistake with one of the parts. Tried to disassemble and all of the plastic pieces broke off and got stuck into the metal piece. I called, after much insisting they sent an enclosure replacement, which right out of the box the bottom part of the track is off. There were no door stoppers provided. Broke 3 glass doors on the right side of the enclosure attempting to figure out what was causing the issue. So theres a very small issue with the track on the back. Its a little bent and its not visibly seen. But once you slide the door it slows down half way through.

Tried using the substrate barrier, even with the tape provided and it eventually fell off after sometime. Didnt even have a deep layer...

Tried contacting them about the issue and she just did not want to refund.

Called her over the phone and it just came off condescending in this very passive aggressive way... I feel so jaded about pouring so much money into these projects only to be shafted. She did say she will refund the door but not the enclosure... Ultimately the other enclosure I gifted to a friend who found a way to make it work after much tinkering.

This is supposed to be plug n play... such a nightmare.

IN MY HONEST OPINION.

Buyer beware. They will constantly argue with you about replacing parts as they did last year even though theres a 3 year warranty which is clear....

Now I am stuck with a defective model.

I am housing a panther chameleon and chose this product based on its aesthetics. I did lots of online shopping and comparisons and felt this to be significantly above most of the competition for general aesthetics. I felt the online video for the assembly was very straightforward and easy to follow. The product arrived well packaged. Assembly was very easy and straightforward following the video from the website. I am very pleased with the quality of the materials and the fit and finish of the assembly. Everything fits well…all the seams match…there are no gaps. This is important as I am keeping his habitat in my main living area and needed it to appear clean and neat and better than the average screen cage. I also purchased the base that functions as a cabinet and allows me to store my reservoirs for my misting pumps and my fogger and my dripper pumps, all well enclosed with plenty of space and out of sight, making a nice clean finish. There was only one hiccup. The acrylic door, which was a large selling point for me as it provides better viewing than screen of my critter, had a surface defect. I notified customer service through their website text feature. I was immediately texting with a person who offered me an immediate replacement for the door, no questions asked. So I am extremely pleased with customer service as well. It arrived without charge in three days and finished my unit beautifully. I get a lot of compliments on this. Five stars and will readily purchase another unit for another animal when...
