Nantasket Seafood — Restaurant in Hull

First time ordering, I was told 35-40 minutes for delivery. I wasn't asked my name, I wasn't given an amount; even after asking. After 1 hour of waiting, I called the restaurant again to ask if my order was on its way only to be told it was just coming out of the oven. I live barely 3 minutes away. The delivery arrived 1hour and 30 minutes after ordering to which 2 of my 3 pizza's for my family were dropped on my deck. The delivery person was very apologetic and said he would return with 2 new pizza's. He did return with 2 new pizza's BUT one was not cooked. It was basically soup. So, I put it into my own oven to try to bake it...hmmm not the same. After all said and done the 2 other pizza's were good. I wasn't charged and the delivery person refused my tip. I only give one star for the lack of professionalism and customer service to the person who took my order. He should have called me back to inform me how late they were behind and another call to apologize for being 1 hour 30 minutes, along with serving a pizza that...

I was in town for a family reunions this weekend and came into this establishment on a Saturday night 10 minutes before I needed to board a booze cruise. The owner greeted me I asked him if he could accommodate me after her letting him know my situation and he said it depended on what I had to order. I ordered a full Italian, a full ham and cheese, and a full steak. He smiled and said I think I can do that for you. He sliced all the meets Fresh and threw the sandwiches together all well holding great conversation. I was concerned how they would taste but these were the best damn deli sandwiches I had a New England during my visit. I'm back home in Virginia Beach now but can't wait to get to New England again and will certainly be stopping in for another Italian at this great establishment. Thanks again, you guys are...

I came into this place last minute before a booze cruise Saturday night and the owner was behind the counter more than willing to help me get on the boat before it left dock with three awesome Subs in hand. I got the Italian, the ham and cheese, and the steak. He sliced the meats fresh and through the sandwiches together so quick and was talking to me the whole time. I was a little concerned on how they would taste given the quick turnaround time I requested but I must say, this is the best deli I've been to in Nantasket hands down and maybe in Massachusetts. I'm from Virginia Beach Virginia and I'm back home now but I no that I will be making the trip North again and will certainly have to stop here for an Italian sub when I do!
