Okay update, I was messaged on here to act as if they cared, it has been almost a week after I sent an email to the customer service and I have not heard anything...seems like the response was more for appearance then for resolution.

We have been loyal customers up to this point. We bought a bed/couch tested it out and had to order it from the warehouse. When it came, it was the cheapest possible mattress possible, but since I took the plastic off, they will not take it back. The manager told me that I should have known what brand and model mattress I was signing for. After I am done paying on my furniture I will never go back. Oh yes, the next day we bought a mattress that we originally tested out, wouldn't you know it, it didn't have plastic on...

Previously I had posted a less than favorable review of this company. Since then has been some changes made in a company has actually earned my respect. However the review was posted under a Google account but I no longer have access to and cannot change my review. Therefore I am posting a new review here. My opinion is no longer as I previously stated in the old review. The company employees are very helpful very knowledgeable very willing to work with our customers. Especially the general manager of Miss Mooney and sales associate Nikki. So as of now I will say absolutely if you need to get furniture an affordable payment plans go to them.
