Dragon Buffet — Restaurant in Humboldt

Excellently prepared and well kept buffet. Everything eaten was the right temp, tasted great and was nice, moist and tender. There were a whole lot of chicken varieties today and I believe I ate most options. The Moo-Goo did have a few gristly pieces but was still highly flavorful. Even the Sweet and Sour sauce was unusually good for a place like this with a unique consistency. Cleanliness was great, almost spotless in the lobby but the bathrooms could've used some work. Also, I have to mention that the outside is highly deceiving. It's very spacious and modern on the inside with well placed bars and excellent table service. One of those places where you look away for half a second and all of a sudden your used dishes are gone and your drink...

My friend ordered sprite and got a drink that was like only carbonated soda water. It was then refilled with regular water and my friend didnt want to say anything so i asked for a cup of sprite togo because this is water not sprite, the waitress brought an empty cup to pour the drink into. I explained why i wanted new SPRITE togo and she still told us to pour the drink in the cup. I again explained that we still dont have sprite that was ordered and they need to check the soda. The employee seemed so confused and didnt even apologize for the problem and got defensive the last time i told her we wanted sprite not water. Food wasn't anything special. Just normal Chinese buffet food. As far as service I can't really give an answer as to how they were since the only experience I had with a server was being seated and brought a drink. Nobody came by for a refill or to pick up dirty plates. They never even came over to bring my check. It wasn't as if they were busy since there was only 5 tables seated. And there wasn't anyone to flag down to ask. They just were not there. Hiding in back somewhere. Waited 10 min for my check, which never came. Then I had to wait an additional 5 for someone to come out of hiding to ring me out. Food was not anything special that would bring me back...
