I recently had a dishwasher repaired. I picked it up and got it home , hooked it back up to make sure it would run, they left the bottom basket out , I txted and he said I don’t know what you want me to say. I guess the guy forgot to put it back in. I was like ok , I’ll be back tomorrow to get it. Then it was making a lot of loud noises. I txted , his response was. That’s because it’s working now. Not gonna argue because I don’t work on them. I ran a load of dishes through. Didn’t clean finger prints off glasses and food particles on dishes. I txted him , he said it was absolutely working as a dishwasher should when it left here. And told me to run it agian , so I did. Same result dirty dishes. So I asked how about I bring you this dishwasher and you can have it and give me my $100 bucks back and I’ll apply that to a new one. He said he would and that I had been a real pain ever since I brought the dishwasher to him and that he didn’t wanna do business with people like me. Guess I shouldn’t have complained about paying him a $100 bucks and my dishwasher not being fixed. I woood never go back and I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone else. I should’ve read a previous review before I settled on going there or asked serval others...

We bought a GE upright freezer. We kept having to unplugging and plugging again because it would quit freezing.Finally quit completely and ruined all our food. They told us to bring it back and they would repair it. Bought on12/26/19 and took back to them FIRST OF FEBRUARY. TODAY, 7/27/20,went back to check on it. Asked to see it and he refused to let me see it. He told me he might have set it outside and someone might have stolen it. Unreal. Makes you wonder if it was resold. Anyways we lost our food ,was out over 300.00$ and have nothing to show for it. Very rude salesman and seems not very trust worthy. My advice STAY...

This guy is awesome. Bought a stove from him, and he not only gave us a good price for it but also let us bring it back a few days later after finding out we needed a stove with larger heating elements.
