My partner and I ordered 2 footings online with double protein on both of them. When we got them home we found that both sandwiches had less meat than would be on a regular 6â so I called them. I talked to the employee who argued saying I hadnât paid for the double protein. When I pulled up the receipt and clarified that I had he then admitted he had only been there a couple weeks and that the other guy working was âactingâ manager (note when I called I asked for the manager and was told there wasnât one).
When the other employee got on the phone I asked if he was the manager to which he said yes and that his name was Austin. I told him the issue and that I could not come back that night but would be there later that week to get the order replaced to which he said âno problem.â
Today I went in, literally the next day, and the employee working had no idea what I was talking about and said she would have to text her manager Sarah. I was polite and waited. After about 15 minutes the manager texted back with the receipt, so she was well aware of the issue. She told the woman working that I would not be getting the sandwiches replaced and that in order for me to even get a discount on anything I would have to come back when she was there.
From former incidences I knew the manager is rarely if ever there. This is about the 3 time our order was messed up and the second time we were told it would be replaced yet never was. It is not my job to track down a manager when their employees mess up an order. I will not be back, and judging by how empty their dining area is every time Iâm there they canât afford to...

The location had been for over 2 hours but the toaster wasnât on so he microwaved my sandwich, then barely put any toppings on (and they were not fresh either) and then didnât know his own products. I would ask for something, and he would say they didnât have it when I saw it in front of him. Also didnât allow me to get my rewards points because he didnât know how to work his own system. No apology on his end, very short and disinterested in me as well. Will never be giving this location my business again.

   Read moreSo I came to subway today in Huntingdon and my total was $5.39. I handed them $6.41 and they gave me no change back and just told me to âhave a nice dayâ. Yes I know Itâs just a dollar and 2 pennies but Iâd like to have my change back considering thatâs all I had in my pocket at the time. Iâve worked at subway before and it clearly tells you how much change to give back. So I guess the moral of the story is HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY COUNT MONEY.
