The food is usually on point. But they tend to mix up a lot. EX: I order a large meal, I get a medium. Their night staff is also very poorly trained. Tonight I order a burger with no onions, thought there was onions on it so I called and asked "does #3 come with whole or chopped onions" she replied "chopped" so I explained that I though they put onions on my burger and she gave the phone to the manager. I asked why he couldn't replace my supper now and he said "we are about to close" so I explained I lived very close and this was MY SUPPER. So he sighed and agreed I could come get a new burger. Once I got there I apologized for being an inconvenience and explained my concern. He then told me "ma'am #3 does not come with onions" (why tf didn't the staff know this and tell me? would have solved the whole issue.) so I said "omg I am so so so sorry, the lady on the phone said it came with chopped onions" and his reply was " it doesn't" like it was all my fault. I go here often .Usually pretty good .Food today was good.yet, the young man taking my order messed it up while ordering. Finally got the order right on the screen. I should have known to check order. I live about 15 miles away so I did not go back. They charged me for two 5 piece chicken dinners #11. I only got (2)3 piece dinners. I had to wait 7 minutes for the chicken you would have thought they would have gotten the order right. They owe 4.00. I will never get it back. CHECK ORDER...

Had an issue the other night with the app. Placed my order ahead of time and money came out of account ($70 pending). Went to pick up and they never received our order. However, the manager, Chasity, came out and helped resolve the issue. My money that was pending returned and we were able to place our order thru the app again. The wait wasn't long and the food was great. This is definitely the best Sonic around our area, friendly staff, fast...
