Disappointed, asked if they could open up a line with a life cashier, since they only had self checkout. And when I asked the supervisor she said she was on her break, so I said ok that’s fine, and then I asked if she knew when the next cashier would be available and supervisor said she didn’t know when they would be clocking in and that she couldn’t give me that information , at this point I was super frustrated because I didn’t care at what time people came to work, that’s non of my business, I was just asking if they could open up a cashier. After she notices my frustration and only then she said to go to customer service line if I needed help . I was helped there and the person help with all my items , then I asked to speak to the store manager, and there was no difference with the manager , she was very polite , looked at me and keep saying sorry for the inconvenience, but did not open up a single line to assist other people. Most of the staff look like a younger crowd . So I’m assuming they don’t have issues using the self check out . But I truly think they need to consider elder citizens and moms with multiple kids or moms that have kids with disabilities. This trip to target could had be challenging for them and it shouldn’t have to be this way . I was lucky to had gone with my daughter, I have a special needy kid and this trip to target would had been a disaster if I had gone alone. Place is organized & clean because its rarely stocked. Cashiers are so busy chit-chatting that you're there waiting to pay. This lady even had the audacity to complain about how many people were waiting in line while talking to this other girl about how self-check-out being closed is annoying her. Nevermind the whole endless personal conversation they had previous to the growing line. TIP: Don't work as a cashier if you don't want to take customers' payments... • Note to whoever manages inventory...please keep Simply Peach juice in stock. I can only ever buy 2 at a time. Went to check out this new location. Terrible. I understand why almost everything is locked up, but they took FOREVER just to grab one item. My partner and I usually use one cart and we pay separately at different self-checkout registers, and the lady told us we couldnt do that at all, which is weird because we've been to many Targets in So-Cal and Nevada, and we've never been told that. Other people also had more than 10 items but that didn't seem to be an issue to her even though she told us we needed 10 exact (despite paying separately, we had 8-10 each). They only had 1 register open and it took them 10 minutes to get help. They need more workers and better...
