Harbor Freight — Local services in Huntington Park

Today was my first visit to this location and before entering, I wasn't expecting much from the employees (check out my Huntington Park Home Depot Review). Anywho, I got off work late but had to run grab an instant savings deal. I worked retail in my younger years and those last minute customers suck but nonetheless, I was that customer! And I joined ITC for a certain item so I wasn't in the system.... The cashier dude had to individually input the deals for me and the manager had to approve each. I'm not a fan of inconveniencing any else but Joshua and the manager were super chill. They told me I could take the cart to my car but no sir, I'll carry these heavy things! Never did I get a sense of a bad attitude. Also, very clean and nice store... Not clean for a Harbor Freight but clean for a retail store... It’s always a pleasure visiting this Harbor Freight, the staff is usually kind and helpful. However, I have noticed a few occasions where some employees were standing around chatting instead of helping customers, leaving one person to manage a growing line alone. It’s a bit frustrating, especially when it feels like those employees notice the situation, make eye contact, then look/ walk away while customers are clearly getting impatient.

That aside, I really can’t complain. Harbor Freight consistently delivers quality tools at great prices, and their return policy is excellent, giving me peace of mind with every purchase. It’s always my go-to spot for getting the tools I need to finish my projects. Keep up the great work,...

My experience here was great on the 26th day of July, because, I was greeted when I walked in and the customer service was excellent. The young lady let me know exactly where the tools I was looking for were, which was the Pittsburgh click type torque wrench and universal 3 jaw adjustable oil filter wrenches. The cashier made sure that I had an account on file with Harbor Freight even though he wasn't able to direct me to the right location for the chock, but in his defense, maybe it was because I didn't say wheel chock and he also claimed the system stated that's where they were. However, the young lady did point me in the right direction. It was a good day...
