Porto Village Pizza — Restaurant in Huntington Park

Our 1st time ordering our experience was not too great. Apparently some things are done differently in certain areas and we were not aware (a supreme pizza here is not the same toppings as on the east coast and the shrimp linguine is not how we are accustomed to either). The guy who we spoke to offered to fix our food and make it how we wanted which was in our opinion good service.

Our 2nd time ordering last night we made sure to classify exactly how we wanted the pizza done our way and both pizzas came out FANTASTIC! Also tried their fettuccine with shrimp and the noodles were cooked perfectly while the sauce had a delicious flavor! We ordered 12 wings (all flats) but HUGE, and the wedges were good as well. I ordered their shrimp alfredo and was nothing but pleased. Despite the food coming relatively warm, it also had an odd odor and the shrimp looked slightly undercooked. The rest looked normal, so my partner who I ordered it for, ate it any way. He was sick within a few minutes. Ended up throwing up nonstop for about two hours. I tried calling the place to report this, but the employee gave no name and proceeded to hang up on me once I mentioned he had gotten sick from their food. The last thing I'd recommend is ordering from this place, they clearly have no orderly conduct and no responsibility towards their actions. My partner is horribly ill and may have to go to the ER. I don’t want to give them not even one star, their food is ok but their customers service SUCKS!!! I just told the owner Off ! He is rude and has no customer service skills. I tried their delivery service and they are always late and of course the food is COLD by the time they get here or they don’t get it right! One time they brought me a pizza with the jalapeños just thrown on top without even being cooked on the pizza! And that’s just one of many stories I have . But today was the worst , again he got my ordered wrong even when i went in person to place the order. Then had the nerve to just tell me to wait for another pizza without even an apology or wanted to give me some type of discount for my inconvenience.
