I came twice to this location. The first time wasn't great, but Jacob, a cashier worker, was awesome the first time. He was patient and explained what each omelet had to me so I could make the right choice. He's a great staff member. There was another lady that day that seemed like she was a manager, and she was rude, but I didn't catch her name. I mean, don't be rude when I'm asking for my decaf coffee and answer, "I have to start another pot since I didn't start one this morning" with an attitude. I mean, I ordered it, so in my opinion, they should have started the pot when they got my food ticket. I got my food after 30 minutes when the place was not busy, and then I had to ask for the coffee two more times after receiving my food. I mean, I wanted my coffee while I waited for my food. Now, for my reason of writing this overall positive experience. I like farmer boys, and this location is the closest to me, so I decided to give it another chance, and I'm glad I did. It's a new location, it's kept clean, the breakfast food is great, the dining area is huge so there's plenty of seating if you choose to eat in and there's plenty of free parking. It's located in a plaza with a target in case you want to get some shopping done afterward. I had a great experience the second time I went. The staff was in a good mood, they were courteous, profesional, they got my food to me at a reasonable time. I had to ask for a to go box, and the ladies were not rude at all. Me and my partner ordered through the app DoorDash for pickup ahead of time so when we get there, we would expect our food to be ready by then. We didn't mind waiting longer than the expected time since it was an $80 order and was mindful about the time it would take to have it made. (5:00pm - 5:45pm)
Then when we arrived, we walked in to pick-up our order, and we were informed that it had been taken. We asked the cashier if they'd verified the person's first and last name in addition to checking the receipt, we didn't receive a satisfactory answer and were told that the person in front of us claimed to be the person who ordered it (my partner) on a first name basis and took our food. So, we were then told that our food will be remade and waited approximately 40 minutes. We've asked for some compensation and received two $5 discount coupons.
I hope this experience doesn't occur to anyone else. Shame on the person who took our food. I hope this message encourages the people who work there to please verify the order with the correct people so situations like these can be avoided.
Although our experience was negative at first, we took the time to contact their customer service and was immediately provided a satisfactory response. This should encourage people to try talking to their customer service and see if they could assist you too. The services excellent the atmosphere of even better. And I am really thankful for the employees and their excellent attitude. ESPECIALLY JACOB , HE IS A BLESSING. Not even five minutes after I sit down so it was kind of suspicious and then, when I looked at the cheeseburger, the cheese was not even melted and it was hanging halfway off. I pointed out to her and she took it back for him to cook it a little bit more... She proceeded to bring it back after 3 minutes and after meet eating it. I looked inside and oh my goodness 😳 Whatever cook is cooking on today. Needs someone to talk to and bring it to slow down. I don't know why he was rushing in the first place. There was hardly anyone there. It was one other person sitting down and then 1 employee taking a break. Sent it back now once but twice 😟 Again, this has never happened at this farm.
