Storage Sense - Huntsville - I-45 — Local services in Huntsville

All of the old reviews you see here are when it was I-45 Self Storage which I LOVED. Last month Jan 2025 it got new management Storage Sense. My review reflects my dealings with the New Management. *If you are trying to contact them for any reason, you will not get an actual person, be prepared to be forwarded to an answering service to leave a message. You will never get a return call back. Then you can try to email them and never get a reply/acknowledgement of said emails. Moved out in the middle of the month - paid up until end of month mind you - and sent them the required information via the said email path (never a confirmation of said email) and in turn was charged for the next months rent. We’ve been storing our RV here for 2.5 years and the service level has been outstanding from the start! When we came in an unfamiliar car and parked by our RV they came and made sure we belonged there and we were the owners. Another time, we lost a hitch bar on the way to a camping destination and they literally went and scoured their parking lot and the feeder road all the way down to the light for us. Lastly, construction had the feeder shut down to one lane. We have to make wide turns to get out of the driveway and clear the curbs. When my husband had to take the RV out by himself, they went and moved cones out of the way for him and replaced them after he cleared the way. They’re always so friendly and helpful. My first experience with them would have been 5 stars all the way around but my second experience was frustrating as they don't have time to answer the phone and wait on customers too. I was directed to the I45 location but after finally getting someone on the phone I had to go to the other location on Quality Blvd for paperwork, then back to I45. Find the mgr finally, unload the unit, then back to the home location and wait for the office personnel to return. My trip took several hours more than it should have but the staff is super friendly!
