I have found parts here I could never find anywhere else. This week I was there twice trying to replace the knobs on my old electric range. Both times, the employee who helped me (Ashley) went out of her way to hunt down what I needed even though the parts were ancient and not easy to locate. Her attitude throughout the process both times was exemplary and I really appreciate how I was treated. I was really impressed by the level of customer service and the fact that they did in fact have what I needed, even though the parts were almost 30 years old! Rachel was also helpful in helping me get what I needed without spending a fortune....

Excellent customer service; Ashley did a wonderful job looking for and getting glass for my oven. Only took 2 days even though I expected at least a week wait time. Other company I tried to get glass from kept giving me the run around and couldn’t tell me when the glass was going to be ready to be picked up (obviously they charged my card and after 3 weeks decided that wait was too long and no answer to my questions; kept telling me it was on the way from Hutchins which is in the same DFW area.) They helped me diagnose the problem and sold me the part so much cheaper than Sears Parts Direct it's crazy. Very friendly and helpful.

Update; it's been a year now since my last visit; Person sleeping behind checkout didn't care much to be bothered by a customer. He didn't have part in stock but could order it online for me for 50% more than I could order it online! Shipping would take 2-3 weeks through his online order, 2-3 days if I ordered online myself. Person behind counter did suggest a repairman I could call... that's...
