Donut House — Restaurant in Hurst

First time ever going here because it was convenient on the way to my daughter‘s daycare this morning I will gladly go out of my way next time to go somewhere else not only their drive-through is disgusting. I ordered one chocolate doughnut with sprinkles because I have one kid and that’s all she wanted. The lady seemingly got irritated because I didn’t want a dozen donuts. Then she handed me a doughnut that I swear to you is the size of a powdered donut that you can get in a package at a convenience store and then charges me a dollar for it. Lo and behold, I go to check my bank account and she charges me $1.50 never even mentioned that she was gonna charge me an extra fee for using my debit card extremely poor service. I think the health department should go check...

I finally found a place that is in walking distance of the hotel where I was staying. I walk in the place smells really good.. baked goods. I put the sugar in the cup and asked the lady for whole milk. I pour some milk into the cup and then the coffee. The more coffee that a poured, the more the milk curdled up in the cup. I looked at the milk container. The date was 6/9/22. OMG today is 6/23/22. I bought the cup and the container of milk to the lady. She apologized and told me that she would get me another container of milk. By this time I'm disgusted. I told her I don't want anything. To me if she can hand a customer an expired container of milk whose to say that she hasn't used expired products to cook the...

We stopped by after church last Sabbath and I had no intention of getting anything for myself. However, my daughter shared, and oh my stars and garters!! It was a sausage link AND bacon in a blanket! It was perfection to me because you just can't go wrong with bacon. The "blanket" was the lightest I've had in forever and that just made it ALL the better. That half of sausage/bacon in a blanket together with the few donut holes was feather soft and didn't sit heavy in my stomach. It's nice to know that there's a donut shop open past, well past, the mid morning hour that should be open and worth the money. I'll...
