I went to big L just to end up taking the big L. What was supposed to be a simple furniture buying experience ended up being a disaster. I went in originally for a two piece set i saw on line only for them to not have that or another set i was going to settle for so i picked out another set. Upon picking out the third set i decided to get beds as well(2 twin bunkies & 1full size set). The transaction went well everyone was professional as expected. The day of delivery i received the wrong beds(twin regular mattresses) and they sent me the display couch that was unwrapped stained and not at all what we had discussed seeming that i never agreed or was interested in the display(used) furniture. I contacted the gentleman whose name i cant remember right now and expressed my dissatisfaction in a forward but respectful tone and manor.He assured he would make the situation right and i thought it was. After a couple pick ups and another drop off i thought things were good until i finally took the plastic off of the replacement set which was slightly different only to notice that the couch is some how broken in the inside. So when set on it it makes a horrible squeaking sound. My daughter is nine years old and she set on it that's when i first noticed. I hadn't been set up the furniture because i was finishing up painting so i kept it wrapped in the factory plastic until i was done. I am very unsatisfied and frustrated feeling as though i've been taken advantage of. I had tried getting a bedroom set and recliner from the big sites only to be told I'd have months long wait. I remembered this store and gave it a try. Was met by Victor who helped me pick out the set and recliner. I was shocked when he said he could deliver it the NEXT day. I was wary but true to his word the furniture arrived on time and Victor also was on the delivery with Kevin. They set it up and cleaned the area.
