Flames grill fish and chicken — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

Previous to this summer I had never supported a non Black owned business. During the summer my car had ran out of gas outside the gasstation located next to this restaurant in the middle of the day. There were lots of people outside the gasstation and the only person that wasn’t black was the manager of this restaurant, yet he was the only person who had ran to me and asked me if I needed help. After I told him my car ran out of gas, he ran inside to his restaurant that had customers in it and grabbed one of the cooks, he asked me to put my car in Neutral and pushed my car next to a gas pump.I told my sister(who lives in that area) the story the next day and she told me that he’s such a good man, she’s seen him donate multiple times to a local church in the area. After hearing this, i decided to give them a try. I went to this restaurant and ordered a 6 wing, the food was fresh and delicious. Ever since then I have been consistently ordering from there. This place was simply immaculate. The flame sauce was next to perfect, the service was out of this world, and my overall experience was so enjoyable. I’ve tasted a lot of chicken and I can say with confidence that nothing has ever quite knocked my socks off like this place. Can’t wait...
