HORRIBLE!! The cashier was very unprofessional she was dressed in pajamas with bleach stains,a shirt that was too short and had her belly out, we walked up to the register to be rung up she continued to argue with the security guard about the air because everyone complained it was too hot in the place,terrible experience I’ll never go again,the staff just stood around and laughed and joked with each other no one tried to see if we needed help, the whole staff has terrible...

No good customer service what so ever! The staff has a bad problem cursing in front of customers and I experienced that in most DTLRs in the Chicago land area. The manager should lead by example. No one offered to help, it wasn't welcoming and not one friendly smile. I think my business and my money can go...
