A couple of weeks ago I became a new customer at this establishment . I ordered a Gyro. It was delicious. It was so full of meat at an extra onions. It was everything I asked for.. I decided to treat my daughter who is home from college to a girl roll from there through DoorDash. They have a special buy one get one free so I thought that was awesome. I ordered the Gyro, buy one get one free.. it was absolutely horrible. There was no meat in either of the sandwiches. I had to take meat off of one to put on the other, which I really did not have that to spare. This was extremely disappointing. I spent almost $30 on a buy one get one free. It seems that I paid for both of them, which were horrible. My fries were called. I had to put them in my air fryer to heat them up. The sandwiches were also called, With a whole bunch of onions and tomatoes, and no meat. I took pictures. I just don’t know how to upload them.. Do not get the buy one get one free from this place. I am on a very very tight budget and I decided to treat my daughter today and I am very upset that I wasted $30! It will be a long time before I go back to this place…. If I ever go back there because I’m so angry, they took my money and gave me nothing!😡 We literally both had about five pieces of meat on our sandwiches. I had to take meat off of my sandwich to put on hers because she literally had no meat in hers. I am a new customer and I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It took me two seconds to eat that girl roll and I’m still hungry!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Whoever made my food, you should be ashamed of yourself!😡 How would you like to spend $30 and get home and open the bag and realize you have nothing in it?! Read moreThe woman on the register was extremely rude and was giving me a hard time with my order. This is my second time coming , and this is the same cashier who was rude yesterday. On (4/23) the manager & cashier let me use the grand opening coupon i had on my phone (i asked was it good to use & THEY stated it did not have to printed) and that it’s valid til 5/1/22 AS THE COUPON states. Today (4/24) the cashier said “they don’t do coupons” , and i told her to talk to a manager and she did , after speaking to the manager , the manager said “no, not on her shift” and then the cashier put the phone on speaker and said “i don’t know what this bi**h want , the coupon only good for another week” and they all laughed. Then she said “you still wanna order?” and i said “no” and hung up. I’m not a person to yell or a confrontational person I’m not even from Chicago. But to pay for a 18$ meal just for myself and for them to mess it up and treat me like dirt was really a deal breaker even tho I enjoy the meal when it’s made right..
