My experience here was nothing less than TERRIBLE. I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my French braids and she said fine I can do that for you. I trusted her to do my hair like I wanted it and it was all wrong. The parts were not straight, the braids were thin, the length was not as long as I wanted them, and my sections were not even. I would NEVER go back to this place or recommend them to anyone. I called them the next day to let her know how disappointed I was with my hair and she tried talking in circles just because she did not want to refund my money. Okay I came to visit this place while visiting Chicago and had a great experience which is why I came back. I got my hair done today and she told me it will be 2 hrs but end over 3. Not to mentioned she wanted to take a break to eat...OK.... I’m all for taking breaks but you don’t need one only after braiding two hours of hair. I think breaks are needed when you doing 5+ hours. They don’t listen to request when you make them. Also, I don’t want to hear your phone conversations were you are loud. I couldn’t even take a work call because my Braider Julie was just to loud taking. I think I would be finding me a new place...

Absolutely horrible. I had them take down the top because it was so bad. Ended up saying forget it all together and left with only the back done. Went to another shop and they had a good laugh at how bad my braids were.
