I bought a light brown sofa that was a display piece. When they delivered it, it was dark brown and missing the right arm. The delivery guy swore that this is what he sold me. I originally planned to finance it till I saw the interest I would be paying. I cancelled it and paid for it. The inept salesman did not cancel the credit portion and I started getting collection calls for 2 months. I finally got it straightened out but the salesman on Halsted needs to be replaced. He screwed me over twice and he had no customers so I don't know what the...
