Great service, fantastic products and great food. We stopped in today to try some samples and grab a drink. I’ve been to Divine Distillers a few times and learned they have an event space that holds 200 people if anyone is looking to rent event spaces near Salem. The Pandan and Coquito and Oregon Winter brandy are some of the favorites as well as the coffee. We learned the Coquito, which is a Caribbean holiday drink like egg nog, is dairy free. It was fun to try samples and learn about their cocktails. We’ll be back for a lamb roast soon! And breakfast on the weekends.

We had a wonderful time visiting Divine! We sat outside on the patio. Beautiful views of their little garden area and a nice layout. We were able to bring our dog and the chef brought out the cheese tax 🙂! We ate pork belly tacos that were wonderful and my husband tried the divine flight. He liked the tequila the most. Our server was very attentive! Just a beautiful new place that we will make a regular stop.

Enjoyed the tour and tasting today. It is very interesting to learn about the distilling process and see the equipment in action. Then taste the results. There is a nice variety of rums, agaves, whiskeys and other liqueurs to try. They are set up for outdoor dining with a couple of food trucks or order from iWings next door. Fun place to learn, drink and have fun.

Great place to go learn about...and taste...some awesome spirits. The owner Jason was there during our tour...which was led by Pam who was marvelous...and we were able to ask him questions directly about his products and what inspires him to create these amazing flavored spirits. Hint: ask about the future of the Ghost Pepper Whiskey! We also purchased a personalized barrel of whiskey...specially numbered from 1 to 100...which is stored in a miniature Oak barrel for further developing of the already amazing flavor of this whiskey that Jason distills. Thank You Pam for a very informative and personal tour of Divine! We will be proud to share our experience...

Love Divine Distillers! Have followed them all the way from their first location at the 45th Parallel to the warehouse off of McGilchrist to their new location in Independence. Their spirits are great and as Jason, the owner likes to say, they're for people "who like alcohol without the taste of alcohol." Their spirits have won a lot of awards and they have some very unique flavors such as the pandan rum as well as my personal seasonal favorite, the coquito with...
