I’m not sure I have the time to say all the nice things I’d like to say about this man and his business.

First, Albert is by FAR one of the most generous people I’ve ever met. I’ve been coming to his business since I was around 11 years old. I fondly remember having only a few dollars on occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc, and Albert would take my $3 and come out with something beautiful to give to my parents. Looking back nearly 20 years later, I realize how much of a selfless thing that was to do as a newly starting business. His floral arrangements are absolutely gorgeous.

Albert is a very friendly face. He is kind to everyone who walks into his building. I’ve never seen him angry to anyone.

The sweet treat, AMAZING. Albert has amazing ice-cream, little tea cakes at times, and smoothies! I wish I could count the amount of scoops I’ve had of his over the years.

Overall, Albert’s is more than just a “shop”, it’s friendly face you can count on to bring you a little bit of kindness and happiness...

Small beach shop that has a little of everything (trinkets, t-shirts, ice cream, etc.), and also sells flowers. Albert is very helpful. Selection of flowers "on hand" is somewhat limited. But, if you tell him what you need, he will have it ready for you the next day (pick-up or delivery). He created a special order arrangement for my wife (anniversary) which was exactly what I needed (she loved it). Hours of operation are longer than other local florists (opens 1 hour earlier, and stays open way later). Will use again. Note: Came back following year and received the same excellent service. I had always passed Alberts for several years but never Ventured in but I was glad I made the visit and discovered the small but enchanting world of Alberts gift shop. I got T-shirts, stuffed dolphins and sharks, a very handsome nautical clock, and a few other items.

I returned a few days later with my young boys to experience some of Alberts great smooth and tasty ice cream in sugar cones.

Albert is the consummate cordial storekeeper who takes great pride in his store and service to his community reflected in his 15 years on the island.
