I had three very positive experiences at this location, with low dollar refrigerators and an old-fashioned washer and dryer set. My most recent experience, however, has been quite poor.
I bought a newer-style, French door refrigerator and had it delivered. When the delivery people arrived they were maskless, reeked of cannabis and didn't bother to measure if the refrigerator would fit up my ramp. They put it on a dolley and kept shoving. I watched as a part from the refrigerator fell off and was run over by the dolly. Attempting to shove the unit through a too-tight fit damaged my deck and the appliance.
The installers eventually took the doors off the unit, it was still tight but they didn't seem to mind. They left the refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen.
I moved into the house about a week later and plugged the refrigerator in. The refrigerator side started giving me a warm-temp error a week later (of course on the day before Thanksgiving). I called the warranty line and was told their scheduling system was down and I'd get a call back eventually. I waited an hour and then called them back, they ended up sending someone out later that day.
The repair person was polite and defrosted the freezer coils that had frozen over, preventing cold air from traveling to the refrigerator side. He said that a part had to be ordered but that the coils wouldn't freeze up again for a week.
Less than 36 hours later I opened the freezer door to discover that the inside lining cracked and that the refrigerator side was no longer receiving cold air. I called the service line, someone picked up the phone and set it down for five minutes. When the person picked up the phone they acted like I was bothering them. I provided my address and was promptly told the part wasn't in and they'd call me. I let them know about the fridge not being cold and the inside of the freezer being cracked.

Read moreI really wanted this to be a good experience...my boyfriend and I bought the last refrigerator on the floor on a Sunday for his new house. When attempting to schedule delivery they advised they do NOT deliver after business hours...to me that's crazy...so working people can't buy appliances? Finally my boyfriend agreed to get off work early on the day they wanted to deliver it. They came 30 minutes earlier than they said and wouldn't wait for him to get there. When I called (several times before getting an answer) the next day she advised the deliveries were already out for that day and she couldn't get it out u til the next day. I advised them to leave the unit on the porch if they came before he was home. Mind you he's already missed almost 2 full days of work trying to be available for delivery. She agreed. Next day...no delivery not even on the porch. Finally 6 days after purchasing and 4 days after we were supposed to receive the unit it was left on the porch. To me this is ridiculous!!! Let's pray that we never need service!!! Their prices are decent as far as used appliances go however I suggest you find someone with a truck to go with you and take the unit...
Read moreBought a washer and drier last year. They didn't put in some shipping guard and the washer flooded my house first use. They came out to fix a few days later but that wouldn't be the first time their appliances failed. Screws are constantly falling out of who knows where into the washers tub and it makes a horrendous noise. They couldn't find anything wrong. Drier needed repairs and when the tech opened it up he said wow they never cleaned the inside of this. It was a huge fire hazard and we didn't even know it. To top it off, they advertise a free haul away service and when delivering, their techs said they service our area, but I've been trying to contact them for over a week and they haven't been returning my calls just to finally get through today to find out they don't service my area (I am in Indy) and their closer store doesn't do pick ups at all.
