Faith Community Church — Local services in Indianapolis

What a great church and school. My daughter goes to school here, coming from a public school where she disliked it so much. I'd ask her how her day was and she's say fine, not happy or excited in any way at all. The kids at public school are so much different than kids at this school. They have manners, they respond with yes ma'am, no ma'am, yes sir, no sir. They use actual books here. It is like night and day. From a public school to a Christian school. I ask my daughter now, how was school today? She responds very happy and excited, GREAT! I kid you not. The people here actually care about one another. They have time to be more one on one with the kids. The parents are so great here too. Everyone is here for everyone in this church. It takes a team! The Pastor and his wife, Stacie are amazing too! They really do a great job! Unfortunately I haven't been to a Sunday service yet, I work weekends. I have been during the week and love it. I can't wait to go on a Sunday, hopefully soon. The very first time my husband and I attended FCC, there were several things we noticed.

The worship isn't polished. It is authentic and Holy Spirit-led The Pastor taught directly form the word and there is an alter call every time. SALVATION AND RIGHT RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD IS MADE A PRIORITY! Prayer is also made a priority!

My husband and I immediately knew this was where we needed to be.

We have been here now for 3-4 years and have watched this church grow - spiritually and in numbers. It's still a small church; but it is a real family! We do LIFE together and don't just meet on Sundays. And, like every family, everyone has their own brand of weird and there are disagreements. But the level of grace is amazing, and it is encouraged within the body.

When looking for a church, keep in mind that you will not find a perfect one this side of heaven. So, if you're just looking for a place where the Holy Spirit is moving among imperfect believers, this is the place!...

Several years ago, my kids made the transition from being in public school to being in the FCC Christian school. This has been such a blessing seeing the one on one hard work that the teachers have invested into our kids! Eventually, our family ended up becoming members of the church as well. From day day, we were blown away with the love that has continually been poured out at us from the church body. Faith Community is a praying church that does life together. I have personally seen church members go above and beyond with showing simple acts of kindness. I am beyond grateful in members wanting to assist us when I became unemployed and also when we had our family vehicle brake down. They have touched my heart in a special way that makes me want to bless others in the same way that I have been blessed in the middle life's hardships!
