These people are the nicest, most generous people! About 6 years ago I bought a Whirlpool washer from them. It was supposed to just be one to get me by until I found a new set I liked. That washer ended up being so great, that I have had it all these years and it’s been the best, hands down, washer I’ve ever owned. This week it quit on me. I was devastated. I have a five person household, I need that washer! I called them just to get advice or maybe even just a clue on what I could do. Instead of trying to just sell me another one, Kim told me it would be much cheaper to have it looked at, and to bring it to them and they’d see what they could do. By the next morning, they had my washer fixed, and I paid next to nothing for that! They’re two minutes from my house, so it was a quick trip, which was also awesome! Please do not buy from them I bought a refrigerator 550.00 from them which is not working there idea of fixing is I take a 3 door fridge apart to get back out of house take back to them while food spoils and then they look at there store then I come back after they fixed supposedly and take back to house again take doors off to move back in have to have 2 guys and truck move buy a fridge while I wait because they cannot take 20 minutes to drive to house and look at. Bought a washer, dryer and stove from these folks. The washer and dryer seem okay thus far, but the stove has failed to work properly from day one. When we contacted Kingsway we were told, tough luck, since it had been more than 30 days since delivery. Note, we put these in a house we were in the process of fixing up before moving into. You would think that after purchasing three major appliances at the same time a little consideration would be in order. We've lost money on both the stove and the food that only got partially cooked in the oven that won't make proper temperature.
