I was absolutely going to leave a negative review after I placed an order last night that was never delivered and the store closed without notifying me. This afternoon I spoke to a very kind, helpful, and lovely young woman named Alliah (spelling?). This girl went above and beyond!! She listened to my complaint fully, she attempted to reach her manager who had already left for the day, when they didnāt answer, she took my info and offered to call me back when she received a response. I was sure I was going to have to call back again tomorrow, so imagine my surprise when she called me back! She informed me that a refund had been processed and to make things right she offered to send me out another pizza to make up for it, at no charge to me! As a sales manager myself, it truly meant a lot that she was willing to take this extra step to keep my business. Since I was driving home from work she said I could call her back when I got home and she would send it out for me. I called a while later, she was still as polite and sweet as can be! She already had my receipt and knew what my order was. I would hire this young lady in my furniture store in a heartbeat!! Not only did she win me over and resolve the situation, she validated my frustration, she remained calm, and she retained a customer. Kudos! As a person who makes a living making customer service issues better, I was amazed at how she handled the situation! Thank you!!! This young lady not only deserve a raise, she deserves a promotion!! This is someone who will make an amazing management...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered online delivery, we were given a 70-80 minute time on it. Waiting is not an issue if I know. Approximately 50 minutes after the order, I received a text saying hot pizza is on the way. 30 minutes after the text, I called. I was assured it was on the way, it just left the building. 30 minutes later I drove to the location. They weren't sure what happened. They needed to look for it. It took Approximately 10 minutes for the manager to tell me it had left 5 minutes ago with the driver. "She's one of our best drivers, it should be there any minute". I questioned why it went with the driver with me standing in the store. GM's response, "I don't know how long you've been standing here ". So I waited a few minutes then started calling home. No pizza there. I asked for a refund. After running the card for a refund I was asked to fill out form with name, etc. I refused telling him he had all that information in front of him. It's now 2 hours after I ordered and I wasn't happy. He threatened to reverse my refund if I didn't fill it out. So I tried to sign it and fill it out, the pen he gave me didn't work. I am ashamed in how I reacted, but I threw the pen on the counter and told him it didn't work. He said I'd filled enough in. My bank account still shows my $49 charge with no refund. After I got back home, 2 1/2 hours after the order was placed, my pizza shows up at the door. I refused it, now I'm thinking I should have kept it since I didn't get my refund. I will be contesting this charge with my bank. I have the refund slip...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am very frustrated by my expereince with this pizza hut. I made the mistake of ordering a scheduled delivery. The pizza was nowhere near on time, to the point where we had to cancel our order. It took 9 tries to finally get ahold of someone at the store who informed me it would be another 15-20 minutes. We could not wait that long as I had to get on a school bus with kids.
I was told they would refund, and to call back the next day during opening hours and talk to the GM who would refund me. They couldn't do it, because of the way the system was set up.
Today, after they were open, I have now called 10 times. Each time the phone rang until it hung up.
I then clicked the "1" to order a pizza and spoke to a customer service representative who transferred me, and then it hung up on me.
I called back and the customer service representative told me not to hang up, and again tried to tranfer me. After 10 minutes, the system hung up on me.
I called a 3rd time, and explained the sitatuion, and they said that my problem had to be solved by the store, and they would not hang up until I have talked to someone. I was placed on hold again, and then the phone was picked up. No one acknowledged, or told me told. I have said hello multiple times. At this point, since this pikcup, I have yet to hang up, and it has been 20 minutes of noise in the background (as if someone has picked up the phone and left it off the hook) and can hear people moving around, talking to each other, and yet still not putting me...
