
I been a loyal customer for more then 6 years I purchased 2 vehicles there and always since then I have take my car to do service and Jeremy always have take care of us more then great but this last time I went for a service and the new manager name Jeff and Benjamin didn’t want to help us even I still have warranty on my car they refused to do an oil change and supposedly it had to be free which is not really free because we paid $37 for the rotations of the tires, but not even that we told him if the issue is the pay the we will pay for whole amount of the oil change and they refused to do it because supposedly they want us to do another two things that the car need it which we didn’t have the money at the time to do it and we told them we will schedule an appointment to do it later because we didn’t have money to do it at this time the we only need the oil change for the moment and they still refuse to do the service with a really ugly attitude. We never experienced this before with Jeremy, which we were being customers with him since he used to work at Nissan dealership when he always treated us great and that’s the reason we decide to go to Unicars Honda because he was pretty good person and always always taking care of us, but this two people honestly with the ugly attitude they’re gonna be ending taking all the customers away for example, me, I went to Honda of the desert to do my oil change after leaving here really upset and they did the service with no questions at all and they are being so nice and polite with me that honestly I’m not coming back anymore to Unicars Honda dealership. I really don’t recommend to you guys to go back to that dealership because now, when you go to do service, they trade you like they gonna pay for your service even though you tell them that you’re gonna pay for it they don’t want to do it they refuse to do it with no even I’m sorry apologize or anything for the rudest that they are, really bad bad experience we had we tried to speak to the manager but he didn’t do anything to resolve the problem now we decided to take our car to Honda of the desert there have been taking good care of us even though we didn’t purchase the car there they have been really good and friendly and they didn’t even...
Read moreIn August 15 2024 my husband and i went to Unicars Honda in Indio Ca to purchase a car for my son . We were there around 6pm and by the time all the paper work was done it was late so Mani the manager on duty ask for a $500 deposit to hold the car for the next day and he said i would get the full refund the following day back on the card .(We did buy the Vehicle) Its Oct 14 2024 i havent received the refund back on my credit card. I have been calling and apparently every time i call Many , Pedro and all the other managers are either At lunch ,at a meeting ,or they have gone home for the day. once i spoke to Mani the manager and he said that i had to bring in the credit card so that i can get the refund back. I did took the card back and i still havent received the refund back at the credit card. Every time I call they are Not available to talk to me ??? I will never go back there to purchase a car again . They are not Honest people and they have No respect for their customers.
I have an update a day after i did this review i got the 500.00 back on the card . Manny called and said we have given you a full refund check your credit card , Finally they did...
It was too soon to claim Victory...Now Im having issues with the car plates and Registration . This 2024 Honda has never had a Permit , or its been registered so therefore we have No plates yet !!! Like I said in the beginning we BOUGHT this car in August 15 2024* THEY KEEP LYING TO ME EVERY TIME I CALL TELLING ME THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY PLATES AND WHEN I ASK FOR SOME KIND OF PAPER PROOF, THAT THEY CAN FAX ME IT NEVERS MAKE IT TO MY FAX MACHINE. Read moreOverall, I give my experience a 2. Just got a car from the used car lot. Love the car, I went in there knowing what I wanted. Customer service was great. Never rude and very knowledgeable about most things. But like every sales person ever, they’re never 100 percent honest and that’s what dropped the stars for me. They always have something down their sleeve to try and make more money.
They said they’ll fill the tank up with gas. I get in the car and the tank was still half tank. They told me to come in the next morning and they’ll fill up the tank. Came in the next morning to get the tank filled. When I come back in, the tank is still missing about a quarter tank. Like, how hard is it to fill up the tank after the first purchase. But I didn’t wanna see their faces so I just took it for what it was and finished filling the tank myself.
They also offer free tints, which is pretty cool. The person making the final papers, which I won’t put him on blast, I’m better than them 🤣 but he said they would do my back and front since my car didn’t have any tints. When they gave me the appointment the lady said it was only the front. Tried to plead my case letting them know I was told they would also do the back ones but they would only look at what was on their screen.
Spoke to one of the managers and said they’ll check on it and get back to me. And surprise, surprise. The never did. lol. Went to my appointment which was set up for 9 AM and I added the rear tints.
My Appointment was set for 9AM. I was there on time. I thought when they have an appointment, there’s someone ready to work in your car at that time since that’s the time slot you reserved. I know it takes time, but not 9 hours. I was literally the last car to be returned. They clearly did not start on it at the time of my appointment.
All in all it was good work, can’t complain about that. But they can deff...
