Burger King — Restaurant in Palm Desert

I was delivering flower arrangements for Mothers Day for a florist having been on a 5 hour delivery route the first part of my day and working on the second time out already 7 hours into deliveries i needed a much needed restroom break and went inside this Burger King off the I-10 freeway at Washington st. USED THEIR FACILITIES but before i did that i had been really craving a Whooper hadnt had 1 in years ordered a whooper meal with coffee instead of soda since it was late afternoon it had to be made fresh yet was not made aware of this at time of ordering was not very pleased (to say the least) that i had to leave there without anything to drink due to staff not explaining to me that it would take at least 15 mins to brew because they took their time to start and when i kept asking them to just give me a cup because i needed to get back to my job them not really listening to my needs i finally told them if i can i will return for my coffee but never did and as for my craving being satisfied by the Whooper they made, no where near satisfying as was hoping and remembering from my whooper eating memory bank...it was made tasteless and not warm sloppy and not as yummy as it should have been. And not having anything not even water to wash it down with .....made the rest of my day delivering not as pleasant as it was before i set foot in this establishment....truly bummed me out ....😱😞😣😢 will never go back to that Burger King...

This location used to be difficult or a hassel to visit, due to the ladies who used to work here and their attitude. Today's visit was so pleasant and I tried some of their new chicken wraps. The entire crew has been changed and they were nice and helpfully attentive.

There was 7 of us and they only made a minor mistake with our order. My mom asked for no onions on her burger and they quickly corrected it. The restaurant was clean and they had king crowns set up on every table for kids to have.

The new chicken wraps were tasty. Although, the tortillas are never cooked for this item at any fast food joint, I would definitely come back for them and hope they become a permanent menu item. I tried the regular royal crispy and spicy royal crispy wrap. Both wraps use a mayo based sauce almost like an aioli. The difference in chicken wrap flavors are the hot sauces the chicken has on it. The spicy wrap brings the heat, with a red tinged sauce that mixes with the mayo sauce, it is a taste bud dance party. Both wraps had a crispy fried piece of chicken, they halve a crispy chicken patty. I also asked for extra lettuce, which adds that much more crunch.

They have a Coke a Cola machine that you can choose among 50-60 flavors of soda, teas and sport drinks (I love pease teas!!!) In addition to a fanta cherry and coke...

My mother and i went to this burger king and got a whopper jr meal and a whopper jr sandwich. I asked for no cheese and extra onion on the sandwich. I got a sandwich with cheese 1 tiny slice of onion and the bun was burnt black. I called them and recieved no answer called them again...no answer. Im thinking maybe i have the wrong number. I looked the number up online and that number is disconnected. Called the original number again and after 4 times total and 15 min of trying to contact this business someone answered. By this point my mother had just peeled the bun off and ate the patty because we didnt think we would get ahold of anyone. The women took my complaint and proceed to put me on hold for two minutes to come back and tell me they wouldnt do anything for me unless i brought all the food back. I explained to her that the meal was fine and i just needed the whopper jr replaced and that we ate the food but i had the burnt bun. She was so rude and wouldnt do anything unless i could bring the food back. I will never go back to this burger king because of the crappy...
