Circle K — Local services in Inverness

I love circle k. Used to work for the company for quite a while so I have a grasp on how hard the job is. With that in mind, the customer service at this location leaves much to be desired. There is one cashier with an attitude that is so horrid that it makes me walk out and go to an entirely different store when I see her working. Even if I’m on E. She always has a line to the beer cooler bin and seems to go exceptionally slow on purpose. Like some sort of power trip. I’ve called several times about how rude she is but nothing has improved. The trash is always over flowing when she works and the squeegee buckets are never full. That being said, when I see her taking her time behind the counter or sitting outside, I usually see the other staff running around trying to keep the rest of the store up. This is upsetting.I walk almost everywhere I go and this Circle K is right at the front of my neighborhood every time I stopped in there I am waiting 30 minutes in a line because of this older is super slow and very rude. The bathrooms are totally disgusting I have stopped in the bathroom every day the last 2 weeks just to check and they have not put soap in either soap dispenser in the men's room. Somebody really needs to get a grip on the store because it is such a pretty store but the management is horrible and something really needs to be done about it. They are causing more accidents in their parking lot because of the lines of people and it is one of the biggest stores around so they have plenty of room. This place...

The are always out of sodas in the fountain drinks and stews and lids also they don't know how to order things right . My son bought a big gulp cup they always change different prices for he's refills 1.99 89. 1.25 1.15 now the lady changed us this morning 3.99 . They really need people in there that knows how to run the store some of them can be rude and there a few that are nice . But to always be running out of stuff they need someone who knows how to order stuff. It's a busy store so being busy there should always be extra so they don't run out it's just common sense. And the people that are rude shouldn't work there if that's the way there...
