United States Postal Service — Local services in Iowa

-Increased to 3 stars.- Recently the carriers have done better. However, the fact that a tower fan was "lost" is not an excuse when it was scanned into your location.

The carriers out of here are pretty lazy. Ours are anyway. I'm hoping this sums it up. Can't access your location, your package was delivered (when it was not), your package is out for delivery (then 3 days later it shows up), etc. You know, some people are counting on their mail delivery. Which could be medications to parts. Just know you're the one giving the USPS a bad reputation for being very unreliable. If I could I'd use only FedEx or UPS for standard mail if I could. They might deliver at night, but you know what? It's always here on the day it says it's to...

I called in the morning to check if my package I had ordered next day had gone out in the delivery or if it was still there, so I could pick it up. I was greeted very warmly then trans to another..not so warm person who told me very matter of factly (rudely) that they hadn't finished sorting the mail yet and she was sure if it was there it would go out and that I should have just checked online. I have worked in customer service for many years and would never had responded as she did. There was many ways she could have worded, even changing her voice where didn't make me feel like I was being a major annoyance. This has left a VERY bad taste...

I have order packagess after packages from different companies they always deliver my packages with other senders just find. But evertime senders sends my packages Usps they cannot find my address undeliverable in Iowa USPS.... Never had a problem in Lake Charles......Tried to Deliver 12/31/22 went to Post Office when they opened back from the Holidays was told already sent Back....WHAT!!!!! THIS NOT THE 1ST...
