My child's instructor allowed her to wonder off for 20 minutes and doesn't keep the kids focused. Lots of loss of instruction time and $$$. Bathrooms are filthy. If you ask questions or have any concerns, they treat you like you have a problem. Zero customer service or concern. Don't expect them to ever pick up the phone if you call. I've never had a return call from leaving a VM. However; they will...
