Excellent! I purchased a single PreSonus R65 V2 Studio Monitor via their website after I tired to purchase a pair of them from a competitor. The competitor's online inventory was inaccurate, and the competitor shipped a single monitor to me as they didn't have a pair of them. This left me in a bind to find a single monitor. Front End Audio had one in stock, and their item page mentioned explicitly "Only one available". I placed my order and hoped they had more competence in the world of inventory than their competitor did!

They had it in stock, and it shipped fast. Not only did the speaker from Front End Audio arrive BEFORE the competitor's shipment - despite being ordered a day later - but Front End Audio added some padding AND an extra outer box to further protect the speaker. The competitors shipment arrived with a few quarter size holes in the box and internal shipping foam that was broken in many parts, while Front End Audio's shipment was in great shape, thanks to the extra precautions, and the inner box was flawless and untouched. There was even a personally signed thank-you note in the package! What great service!

Front End has been my go to dealer for years now. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful in giving advice, going the extra mile for you, and wanting to sell you only what you need. I've been dealing with the same people instead of the all too common rotating (inexperienced) staff at other dealers. The customer is obviously their top priority. It shows in the simple details such as notifying me that an item I ordered with two-day shipping wasn't in stock, when it would ship, if that was all right, or, if I wanted to drop the extra shipping charge because I wouldn't be receiving it in two days. Have a technical question? Ask. You'll get the right answer. Want an objective opinion? Ask. That's what you'll get. And it doesn't matter if it's about a $20.00 cable or a $3500.00 channel strip. I can't say enough about them. So give them a chance. I'm confident they won't...
