My first time here ever and will most certainly be the last.. I've never been skipped over so much in my life in a two lane line to ask 3 simple questions. I literally filled out the waiver with my fiance and just turned 9 year old son sure great fine what ever. Only waited behind 3 other people cool. Waiver takes about 5-10 minutes a person. k great. Then move to a line with literally the whole area is covered in about 70ish people. ok... We waited in the long (I thought single line) then see a second line open up and so ideally I was like ok let's go here. We get in fifth place and he says card only by the third person in front on us. So cool that's even better. I get to the desk and the guy running the line not only helps three to four people on the left side bar area trading skates in but then goes to help the fifth person to walk up there and still ignors my family. At this point I'm kind of irritated and speak up because, I literally just want to know the prices and how do we do trampoline time also how long is it for and is there any specific foot ware or anything needed. But the 30 seconds to answer my questions after not only filling out a waiver in a line that I wasn't sure of how anything here works to get no information. Such a sour experience. We will not only not make a point to never go to this place but highly recommend just bringing your kids down the road a couple minutes to STAR AND STRIKES where we had an amazing experience. They have bumper cars and Lazer tag and bowling and the arcade you get tickets and prizes at. So much of a better environment and wayyyyy better customer service and absolutly much better entrances and parking spaces. Flight adventure is definitly an adventure to get to with all the pot holes on the way in. It really suits the terrible services provided here. Will 100% book a party here again! Was instructed to leave review for my party consultants here! Jada and Lily (I apologize if I’ve spelled your names wrong 😭) thank both of you so much for a personal and wonderful experience! I’d met Jada prior to the party at our last outing to flight, we had brief conversation and she’s wonderful to talk to! Lily is also a fresh breath of air when it comes to conversation! I’m an extremely anxious mom when it comes to public outings. They assisted not only our party, but my anxiety all the way. I am so thankful I had these two last night (Saturday the 18th at 430pm) they’re so fun to talk to! They also made this experience very easy for me and my son’s friends and their parents! I’m very sure my son will want his party here again next year and I sure hope I have these two party consultants a second go around! My favorite part is learning they are best friends. In every line of work I’ve worked, having a best friend by your side makes a shift go by effortlessly. They made a wonderful team together (they also displayed wonderful professionalism together) and made my son’s birthday magic come to life! I’ll add, my son partied too hard. From running around for an entire hour, all gas no breaks.. to inhaling pizza and chugging down starry. Let’s just say he “returned the pizza soda and cake to sender” I’d warned Jada (as she was still handing out food and refreshments) that my son informed me that he felt he was going to be sick, Lily was making her rounds by the entrance table. Once my son made a deposit to the bin (😭) Jada and Lily sprung into action and made it as if that experience had never happened. It all happened really fast but the care these two put into not only taking care of the party, but also my son, mattered so much to me! I took my two children there yesterday for a birthday party. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to sign the release forms. I got there 20 minutes early and saw a kiosk near the front door. Kiosk I asked a lot of questions and it took a lot of time to fill it out. It rejected my application and said that my phone number I have been using for 20 years does not exist. I went to the bouncy area and met the family of the birthday children. They told me they had The same issue to please try again at the kiosk right near the register in the back. I did after using several different phone numbers my wife's name I finally got it to except the information. It is 10 minutes after two now the bouncing started at two. I did what everybody else was doing I stood in line for 22 minutes. I was then told I was in the wrong line birthday parties had to be registered by the front door. I went to the front door nobody at either desk knew what I was talking about. A woman appeared and identified herself as the general manager. I explain to her that we were already 40 minutes into the process bouncing time was almost over and the family should be refunded what they paid for my two children to bounce. The general manager said what do you care you didn't pay for it! Somebody had to try really really hard to hire an employee that bad. I will never go back to that place again. I was there a couple years ago had a great time no issues.What a horrible horrible experience. WOKE seems to be the problem. I have never written a review on any business before.
