Was clear on 3 months of personal training. Was told I would still need to cancel 30 days before renewal. When I went to do that they sent me from 1 person to another. Just because someone seems nice and trusting doesnāt mean they are not a snake. When doing the e sign they only read what they wanted to and have you acknowledge. Never trust always ask for exactly what you are signing. The biggest thing is how nice they come off but really just looking to screw you for their profit.
Let me be VERY clearā¦. I DID GIVE A 30 DAY NOTICE!!!! ASK MY TRAINERā¦. SHE AGREES WITH ME!!! I even called Peak payment line and they agreed that my verbal cancellation with my trainer and Angela at the desk were considered a 30 day notice since when I signed up those were the directions that Angela herself gave me. BUT since Peak only has my email to go off of that was sent on November 1st they can not go off of the verbal cancellation unless Angela contacts them to tell them I in fact did give my 30 day cancellation in person (which I know she wonāt because she has shown her true colors). Peak also agreed that it was sketchy and that they get this type of call all the time. If you actually cared about your customers then you would correct your wrongsā¦. But recently I was very upset to find out by a former employee and also a friend of mine that the manager, Angela, was commenting on my weight that I have put on. I am PREGNANT. And the fact that she said ādid you see her FB post, thatās not all baby weight just so you knowā to a friend of mine, is not only extremely cruel, but highly unprofessional as a manager. I thought I had found community in this gym, and true people to share the positivity of health and fitness with. But I guess I was wrong. Please steer clear of this place folks. Donāt support people who like to bully members behind their backs.

My monthly rate nearly tripled but I have stuck around with the promise that there was going to be improvements in the recovery portion, increased amenities and more staffed hours. Not only have staffed hours decreased to the average personās work hours, but this means the accessibility to the recovery and the other amenities have also decreased. Hydromassage beds were removed altogether. Classes during the busiest gym hours keep others from being able to access a large portion of equipment. Really hope corporate can take these things into consideration because Iām rooting for a 24 hour gym to make it...
