I am VERY surprised to see all of these 5 star reviews for this company and especially A.J. Keith! (Branch Manager for Birmingham, AL location). Our company contacted Innovative Sight & Sound of Birmingham about some automation system’s in our corporate office and upgrading our existing security camera system. I spoke to A.J. Keith one time over the phone and explained to him what we were looking to do. He seemed like he was too busy at the time to answer some of the questions that I had and seemed a little rude as well! I was told that he would get back to me and I never heard back from him. I was also told by one of our other executives here at our office that he once used them for some home theater work he had done by them and that they were substantially higher in prices versus other companies he had consulted with prior. He also said that he has had nothing but problems with the system amplifier and could not seem to get anyone to ever come out to look at it and resolve the issue. When our office was looking to upgrade its antiquated and non-functioning security cameras, we looked no further than this company. Innovative Sight and Sound provides a great product and stellar customer service. All the systems they installed in our home work well and are user-friendly. But, occasionally, I do have to call with an issue. A remote won't respond or a Roku box has gone dead, for example. AJ responds to texts immediately, helping me with whatever problem I have.
