Well done! This appreciation is for Chena, deli staff member. She was friendly and professional.

She had to search for the Provolone cheese (eventually retrieved from the display case). Then, she washed her hands.

This (i.e., washing hands) motivated my request for genoa salami, pepperoni and hot cappy ham. These items were not on my grocery list but because she displayed professionalism and good food handling, I requested the items.

I was greeted several times by the management staff. I perused the store (minding my business) safely. Today, on EVERY turn I saw a manager...lol. I am a home cook.

My family and I were shopping at this particular Publix as we had done time and time again. We have always had a great experience at this location, but not today. We were doing the self check out and this young Jamaican employee was watching was like a hawk. Knowledgeable, timely and above all else helpful. The pharmacist and the pharmacy techs do a great job of explaining the medications and the risks associated with each. They are very willing to answer any questions. Also for me they went the extra step to assist in saving money with some extra recommendations.
