AT&T Store — Local services in Irvine

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Highly recommended to go with a different carrier since atnt it's a scam! So came to the store of attnt because I got my new phone with them they signed me up for deals back in December where it has not been a year yet and they told me to get the protection phone and I only have to pay 15 dollars more per phone insurance. Coming in today to the store where I have a problem with my adapter and my phone gets overheated and takes 70 minutes to start working and charge until 2 percent. Requested for the supervisor to give me an explanation why they told me to pay 15 dollars more for repairs and damage control and I have to pay 275 dollars

When I came in today to the store and told them this problem they blaming me for having a problem because I dropped my phone and the supervisor Mark tried to scream at me telling me that it's my blame because I broke my phone, However I came with a different problem and trying to charge me 275 for the new phone. Waiting for 4 hours for the supervisor to get here

This review is for manager, Josh, who did an excellent job helping me get into a new iPhone 15 pro max when my 13 pro max screen went bust. From the initial walk in to see what was wrong with my phone to the second visit that same day getting a new phone, Josh was friendly, professional, kind and overall provided a great experience. He even provided a screen protector and case with my new iPhone which I've never seen any phone store do before. We recently visited this AT&T store, and I have to say, it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and professional.

The store manager( owner ) truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. He helped us find the perfect plan and device that suited my needs without feeling pressured or rushed.
