Chico's — Local services in Irvine

I have been a customer of this store since it opened and up until 3 months ago I had enjoyed shopping at Chico's Orchard Hills. In the last 3 months I have placed 2 separate orders for pick-up and each time I have left empty-handed. The 1st time in December when I went to pick-up my order they didn't have it and the manager said they had to cancel the order without offering me any alternative. The 2nd time this past week, I went to pick up my order and they wanted to give me something I did not order. I had to insist and show them the confirmation so they could see that what they were trying to sell me wasn't what I ordered. The manager told me they never make mistakes when they set aside the orders and then informed me they didn't have the top I ordered.
