2020**New Starbucks is very nice, comfi sitting area, plenty of parking. Customer service is great, everyone was nice and roaming security officer was very polite.
Update 6/15/21 Debbie provided great customer!! I had my order mixed up, tapped too quick, and I couldn't correct it on the Starbucks app. Debbie corrected it without hesitation even when my original order was already completed. Great job!! I'll be back soon.....
Update 8/28/21 A barista gave us great customer service. Their store was closed early on Sunday eve, so I walked thru their drivethru with my pup 🐶. It felt funny, and probably I looked funny too.. Debbie always provides an outstanding customer experience....
Read moreI've always been a loyal Starbucks customer, but my recent experiences at 5359 University Drive, Irvine have left me rather disheartened. While I understand that coffee shops may occasionally have cleanliness issues, the consistent lack of hygiene in this particular Starbucks' restroom is quite concerning especially when the lack of basic amenities, such as soap. This is not the standard I have come to expect from Starbucks, a brand known for its commitment to quality.
What exacerbates the problem, in my opinion, is the apparent discrepancy between employee and customer restrooms. The employees have access to a locked restroom with a code, while customers are left with a single unlocked restroom. It seems as though the employees may not fully appreciate the gravity of maintaining a clean public restroom since they have their own more convenient option. This situation may inadvertently lead to the lack of care in maintaining the customer restroom, which is unacceptable.
On a more positive note, the overall ambiance and service at this particular Starbucks location are generally satisfactory. The coffee and other offerings are consistently good, and the staff is friendly and efficient at taking orders. It's just a shame that the same level of care isn't extended to the...
Read moreI had a Frapp today with banana which I’ve ordered 15min ahead of time, once I’ve arrived to the store to pick up my order I’ve seen that after 10 more minutes the staff put a empty glass in the mobile order section and nobody said anything to me. I’ve asked them to know why my order is not ready and they just told me that they don’t have a banana. So if the store doesn’t have a item why they don’t show it on the system and they accept an order?!!! Or if they cannot provide an order why they put an empty glass in the order section and they don’t say anything?!
