ZERO ZERO ZERO since they were pressed about that digit! A Disappointing Experience! I wish I could say my time at Chamberlain University has been rewarding, but unfortunately, it has been anything but that. From the very beginning, I was met with a lack of communication that only got worse over time. Professors and deans rarely respond to emails, leaving students feeling abandoned and unsupported. It’s incredibly frustrating when you have questions about assignments or need clarification, and your messages go unanswered. Adding to the chaos, some professors seem to delight in changing the rules and guidelines at the last minute. Just when you think you have a grasp on what’s expected, they throw in new requirements that weren’t mentioned in the syllabus or rubric. This not only creates unnecessary stress but also undermines the hard work you’ve already put into your assignments When you do get the courage to ask questions, be prepared for the judgmental looks. It often feels like they think you’re stupid for seeking clarification, which is disheartening and discouraging. Instead of fostering a supportive learning environment, they often come off as vindictive and rude, making you hesitant to engage Even if you manage to pass exams and quizzes, there’s still a chance you could fail the course. It’s baffling how you can work so hard and still end up with a disappointing grade. Professors seem to wield their power without accountability, and it feels like they are more interested in their paycheck than in their students’ education. In addition to all this, the overall organization of the department is sloppy and unprofessional. There’s a clear lack of coherence in how courses are structured, and it feels like chaos reigns. This university has the potential to be great, but the current system is failing its students. I would advise prospective students to think twice before enrolling here. The ACEN will hear...
Read moreI had to put 1 star to post… I give it zero stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This school is overpriced and treats their students like they are a number. They got rid of their advisors on campus and everything is online or over the phone. You pay a WHOLE lot of money for ZERO benefits. I am currently a student there and I cannot transfer because of how far I am in the program.. but I’m still going to look into transferring. I was never emailed the clinical information to register for clinical and the clinical coordinator said the Chamberlain’s Home office was supposed to send it. Then when I called academic advising, they said it’s not their responsibility it’s your campus. Then the president said it’s the student’s responsibility to find someone switch classes with.
I am a teacher with a set teaching schedule. It is not that easy to switch things around. It doesn’t make sense how something is supposed to be my responsibility when they made a mistake in the first place. There are only a few genuine people who want to help. Everybody else just wants your good scores and your money. This is university is the epitome of capitalism.

Read moreAfter working on my first degree and having a great appreciation for my student advisor at G.U. I had no reason not to trust my advisor at Chamberlain. Huge mistake! I was misadvised about what classes I had available to complete a part time summer semester. According to this adviser I had only one option which turned out to be a 9 credit English course. In later conversations with the staff I had 6 other part time credit courses available to me, none of which would have been overwhelming at the time. Now I am being charged for the class I took early summer because dropping that impossible English class meant I was no longer part time and student loans were not offered for less than part time. I am also not allowed to continue my studies with chamberlain or otherwise until I have payed out of pocket for the single class not covered. Not a single person has returned my calls to address...
