From her responsiveness, to her creativity in creating a customized menu for my Louisiana family, and her attention detail and thoughtful planning process, she exceeded our expectations and beyond. She asked for personal details about my dad and included framed pictures of him throughout his life weaved through the table display. Everyone from the party is STILL talking about the food, the presentation, the party, even asking for special requests to ship her food to family members across the country. By the end of the night she became an honorary member of the family. She and her team delivered and we are so grateful she was a part of a night my dad will never forget. Chef Derricka provided personalized daily breakfast for our small group for week and she did not disappoint. Every morning we were delighted to find a new inspiration awaiting us. We savored her creamy shrimp and grits that we are still talking about weeks later. I can go on about her creative concepts from lavender goat cheese pop tarts (they were simply divine) to her rosemary fried chicken & strawberry champagne pancakes. But all of those things are truly just icing on the cake to her professionalism. My best friend’s bachelorette weekend was in Dallas, TX and I wanted to plan a special dinner for one of our evenings there. From the beginning, it was one of the most professional interactions I’ve ever had with a business of any kind.
