If I could give it zero stars I would. I purchased a vape that turned out to be defective due to it leaking. The young employee did not know how to assist with the assembly or add the flavored e-liquid and video conferenced the owner. I made my purchase and off I was to the beach. While using it, it began to leak so after my visit to the beach I stopped back in and advised the young employee of the vape having a leak issue. I advised I wanted to upgrade because I didn't want to have the same issue. I had the employee test the upgrade and she once again didn't know how to operate/fill the vape so, she once again conferenced called the owner, she explained the issue with the first vape, then out of nowhere I hear her saying she's coming to the store. The owner and another lady walked in, took the upgraded vape, started treating her employee (who was her sister) very rudely because she didn't according to her fill the vape correctly (mind you she, the owner, was telling her what to do via video chat). She checked the vape, spoke to me like I was annoying her, makes a very ignorant statement of you can't tip the vape....my response....um lady, you have to slightly tip it to hit it.
Thank goodness before I purchased the upgraded vape I noticed the box was missing the second cartridge. The other vapes were also missing items and according to her they were new. Very rude and unprofessional how she spoke with me, but what was upsetting was her treatment of her employee, who was her sister. She asked me what the original price for my first purchase was and stormed out the store. No, goodbye, apologies or thank you for your business.
I would suggest training your employees on the items you're selling if you can't be bothered to be at the store. Also, just because it's your sister it doesn't mean she should be humiliated in front of customers.
Buyer beware, check the merchandise very carefully as boxes are not factory sealed upon purchase and are missing items. All of the Lux vapes were missing the second cartridge, yet they were "new", none were factory sealed, now even the first one I purchased. BTW, none of the vapes had the instructions...

Cashier was nice and ask me to check them right in store, so they 100% work, they was working, and when I just come to the beach(it took me like 15min), they stoped work. I don’t have a car to go back to store, my family driving me. And I can’t even reach store via phone. While I was typing this report, one start working, another still doesn’t work.
Update: never mind, it doesn’t work again. In just 5 minutes
Update: they give me other vapes when I...
