I always love going to Mr. Special because of the variety of wine that is difficult to find in Isabela. Had bought two bottles of white wine and both were vinegary. Told costumer care and was told that policy of Mr. Special it’s not allowed to return alcohol even though the alcohol was clearly bad. How is it possible to sell a wine that has gone bad? Read moreI was on the express line with 5 other people behind me and in front of us was a person with 26 items and the cashier took him even when I told her that if I was correct that this is an express line and she said yes and continued. I went and spoke to and older male manager and I got the oh well attitude and was rude.
