El Trigal Bakery — Restaurant in Isabela

Their sandwishes are big, their luch is cheap and their pastries are good. Service is regular to bad. I stoped going there because the staff would make me waste a lot of time. At lunch there is always a long line because they are busier joking around with each other or even talking on the phone about the latest gossip. Still they are not as polite with the clients. Also the price of the food is always cheap but inconsistent. It depends on the person that serves you the food which is good, but past 12:30 don't bother, it'll probably be stale. It's definately a good option if you are in the area, have time and want good cheap food reguardless of the service. Also, you might want to take it to go. The regular crowd there is often creepy, loud and anoying. More than once I've seen old guys sticking their buggars...

I’m not sure how it takes over half an hour to make sandwiches when they don’t even seem to care about the customer experience. Additionally, we are talking about half an hour to make two sandwiches with literally 5 customers sitting at the location and 7 employees working behind the counter. It took 34 minutes to finally get my order, and that was only after I had to ask about it. By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Puerto Rico as far as restaurants...
