Visited my friend back in May she lived there for a year. First of wall the apartment was moldy almost everywhere especially the walls ( the walls were soft because of mold). During my trip my friend got robbed on the property and the staff memebers were very rude and unhelpful. They did not want anything to do with us because they were scared of getting into any kind of problem. Once they get you to sign the lease the price of the rent for each person was 1200$ and out of nowhere they changed it to 1800$ without being legal. A nice place to live, but only if you have A LOT of money to give them. They will charge you for everything, and to a much higher level than you would think. Their monthly water charges, trash fees, service fees, repair fees, electricity charges, and other charges are ALWAYS MUCH HIGHER than you would expect. They charge around 300 dollars on move-out to take from your security deposit to do the standard amount of cleaning that is a standard at every other housing community, typically for free. 300 dollars per resident. Never refunded the lost groceries due to the outage THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR even tho they launched the process for reimbursement. lost a 300 dollars check because they never followed up the mails to a new address. unprofessional (we got told to go to the library to get WiFi instead of finding us a solution when the outage happened and responded by « is it that bad?
