I found a couch, loveseat, and recliner that I really liked and placed the order with him April 30, 2021 and I tried calling every day just to hear it ring. He answered May 27, 2021 saying they delivered the chair. I said I didn’t order a chair I order the couch, loveseat, and recliner. He said he would call them and then call me back once again, and no call back as always. I went to the store May 29, 2021 to see if they were open because no one answered any of my phone calls. I walk in to see that is just sitting on a couch talking to a guy, not working, and I said I want to cancel my order. He said I never placed your order so that’s why it isn’t here and just smiled. I waited a month to find out he never even placed my order. That place needs to be shut down completely or have someone else that loves helping customers...
