Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Iuka

I'm from The Great State of Texas and just happened to be in Iuka, Mississippi so, my son and I stopped by. The service was exemplary! My 10 year old son, Isaiah, needed to use the restroom but the door happened to be locked. It wasn't 10 seconds and a young lady that is a carhop walked up and asked if we needed to use the restroom. We didn't have to ask anyone. She was kind, courteous and observant. The reason I'm talking about the restroom situation is because it shows the training and care that these employees have. I'm certain that the others are just as great and put that effort into their jobs which makes every dining experience at this Sonic a delightful experience. Great service, delicious food and they took care of my child's needs. Who can ask for more. I HIGHLY recommend this Sonic, in Iuka, Mississippi to everyone local as well as travelers just passing through as we were. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Absolutely perfect!

This used to be hands down the best Sonic Drive in that I've ever eaten at. The past two years it has really gone down hill. Rarley do they get your order correct and when they do, something is either over or under cooked. Just the other evening we ordered for our family, we live 15 minutes away and had a somewhat large order. I should've known something was up when they rushed it out to us withing the first 2 minutes of ordering. Got home, got my burger out of the bag and it wasn't 15 minutes cold, it was hour old cold. They obviously had some pre-made food sitting around waiting for their busy time of the evening but that was horrible. I will not be back to the Iuka Sonic. I'd rather drive the extra 15 minutes to...

Horrible experience. Ordered on the app. The car hop was nice but order was messed up completely. Ordered cheese sticks with mozzarella sauce. Received ranch and no mozzarella sauce. Also ordered a Reese's PB shake. The shake didn't come out with my food, asked the car hop and she said they wasn't selling ice cream anymore. She went back inside. Came back 10 minutes later and apologized and handed me a Butter Finger shake that was more liquid than water. The shake wasn't hard, just runny. She completely forgot about my straw and had to go back and get one and I guess they don't do receipts either cause I never got one. All this took place over 40 minutes. I dont ever be back...
