I wasn't impressed with the food at all. I didn't have high expectations anyway but this was a total disappointment. I knew that this would be standard take out Chinese, however the taste, quality and lackluster service will not allow me to ever visit again. 25 dollars wasted on egg drop soup that was too thick to eat, half raw edemame and rice that was custom ordered yet still prepared horribly and incorrect. While paying cash for a to go order. Cashier needed additional change from the cook . The cook comes from kitchen behind a filthy curtain when I catch a glimpse of the filthy kitchen and hands cashier the filthy cash and goes back to cooking I'm assuming. Because I didn't hear any hand washing going on after that exchange. My overall observation noted some disgusting dirty floors behind the counters and food prep areas. My son, hubby and I ate at Bian garden this past Monday. Cozy atmosphere. Great friendly staff. Fast service. Good food. They even have a drive through but no buffet though.
