This is a beautiful home in a cool location! It is managed by a larger property management company, and the place is super new. We stayed in building 65. It seems to have a lot of kinks to work out, as it was advertised to have two rooms of 2x double full bunk beds, when it only had one. Management brought over four blow up mattresses and bedding for us to make due with, due to the false advertising. They did not however blow up the mattresses, and left it to us to make room. Space was tight after prepping those extra beds.

The cleaning was not complete at 4 pm. Which was our check in time, and there were numerous other issues that have yet to be worked out. It was super hot on the second floor, which is where the majority of beds are, so management expressed intent to bring a portable ac unit in. The pool controls were not working, which even the manager couldn't figure out when he was here in person. So...staying here has been somewhat of a hassel for the first 24 hours, but the verdict is out on the rest of our stay. I will update this post once we see how all of these issues are addressed by management.

The management brought a portable a/c unit, which cooled one of four upstairs rooms, so three remained hot. We tried rotating the location and keeping doors open, but it did not seem to make much of a difference. In fact, the thermostat remained above 79 the whole of the day.

The management team also did not fix the hot tub controls, and were unresponsive to all of these issues after close of business on Friday. It was a rough weekend. I was told by the person in the office Friday evening, that I would be contacted by a manger the following day, but never heard back from them as of Sunday afternoon.

Ultimately, this is a nice looking property that is poorly managed. I am very dissatisfied with management's lack of attention to major issues with the property, after several attempts to reach out to them over...

We did not have a good experience. Our rating would be 0 stars. From the time we arrived to the time we left and even after returning home from what should have been a wonderful restful fun adventurous extended weekend. We rented with Red Sands after doing our research. We liked what you offered. We checked into a unit (67) that needs a real good clean from top to bottom. The floors need to be cleaned, the sliding glass doors need to be cleaned, spiderwebs and cobwebs,  and the few kitchen items we used needed to be cleaned prior to use. The dishwasher is in need of repair. These issues could have easily been avoided if the 5 star checklist you say you have would have been followed. The main issue came when we found the controller that controlled the pool and spa was broken (the main reason we stayed at this unit(67) private pool and spa). We were unable to use the pool and hot tub for 2 1/2 days. Both Propane tanks were empty. We dealt with problems and issues 4 out of the 5 days we stayed with you. Unnecessary problems and issues. The controller should have been replaced before the unit was allowed to be rented. Propane tanks should have been full upon check in. What an unpleasant stay and unpleasant experience, none of which should...

Beautiful spot, great location. Walking distance to Harmons, great walking and bike trails are nearby as well. The pool is great, especially for small children. It has a large shallow pad in the main pool, along with an additional kiddie pool. Big rock slide with a little waterfall. The units are nice inside, and the patios are very cute, some of the hotubs or bbqs. The location is gorgeous with red rock views. You can walk to the lava trail by the golf course, which is just stunning. It feels like you are in Hawaii. You are less than 15 minutes away from old town and Main Street. There are tons of food options about 10-15 minutes away. You can take Snow Canyon Pkwy, which is a stunning drive or take quicker back roads. We usually stay at Estancia but wanted to try this side of town. They honestly both have great things and would be happy at either. The pool is bigger at Estansia, but we love this location, we are at Harmons every day...

This was pricey but worth it. We were able to fit 4 families along with their tons of kids here. Everyone had their own room and their own bathroom. It was spacious and so nice. We had a private mini pool and hot tub. We were told it would be heated up when we got there because we paid extra for it but it wasn’t heated and we couldn’t ever get it past a certain temperature. The only downsides were that and that there was only one oven, that only worked on broil, so it was hard to cook for that many people with just that. The public pool and hot tub was amazing, there were pickleball courts that weren’t lit up at night. Overall, it was so fun and I highly recommend. It was pretty expensive but it made sense for how big and nice it was.

Booked a weekend getaway at House 43 (Red Mountain Retreat) and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend for families and kid. There’s plenty of space and entertainment at the house. The house has a private pool and hot tub or you can walk across the street to the large community pool and club house. Location is a close to places to eat and just a quick drive from the entrance to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn Center for Arts. There are eBikes rentals close to the house and canyon entrance to help explore the canyon and surrounding trails. Looking forward to going back soon to explore some more!

We stayed in #63 and they were fantastic! They had super comfy beds and pillows. It was big enough for 2 families or 12 people and had a private swim spa and hot tub. Snow canyon park is just around the corner and lots of fun things to do in the area. We loves the pool, pickleball courts and clubhouse. We will definitely be staying in unit #63 again.
